Your feline or canine must:
- Have a Pet Passport
- Be recognizable through a central processor
- Have the entirety of their immunizations state-of-the-art
- Be inoculated against rabies (immunization dating over 30 days, however not exactly a year preceding flight)
- Moreover, for the transportation of live creatures to Russia, a "Worldwide Certificate of Good Health" must be given by your vet, inside a greatest time span of ten days preceding the date of flight. This authentication must be guaranteed and stepped by the Departmental Directorate for Public Protection (the "DDPP") in your area.
